Chicken Biscuits & Gravy

1 lb baked chicken, flour & water mixture, 2 cans chicken broth, easy bake biscuits.
Bake biscuits according to directions.
Heat chicken broth to boil add flour & water mixture to thicken. Add salt & pepper to taste. Once thick turn burner down to low. (If gravy gets too thick, add a little water; if too thin make water flour mixture again but more flour and less water) Shred chicken into bite size pieces and add to gravy. Let chicken heat through in gravy.
When biscuits are done, cover them with as much of the chicken gravy as you like.
A very hearty meal that is cheap and easy to make.
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

1 lb hamburger, ketchup, mustard, onion, hamburger pickles, cheese, bacon, and pizza crust.
Brown hamburger and 1/2 onion, drain. Add ketchup (2 parts) and mustard (1 part) to taste, should be enough so to be easily spreadable, not soupy. It'll be sort of a red orange in color.
Fry bacon, I use about 1 lb (I love bacon) use less if you prefer. Dab bacon with paper towel to remove excess grease.
Place pizza crust on cookie sheet (according to directions) spread hamburger mixture evenly onto crust. Add hamburger pickle slices evenly, again, add as many or as little as you like. Do the same with the bacon slices. Cover completely with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees or until all cheese is melted.
This is always requested at my house and whatever is leftover heats up great the next day!!!
French Toast Bake

1 stick butter
1 c brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
12 slices english muffin bread
6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup half & half
dash salt
melt stick of butter in 9X13 pan. In bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly over melted butter. Layer with 6 slices, then 6 more (2 layers). Mix eggs, half & half, and salt in bowl...pour over top. Cover with saran wrap and let sit over night.
Bake 350 for 30 min.
Slice and serve on cookie sheet.
I found it works better to cut while in pan then when serving, flip over onto plate so the brown sugar mixture is on top.
I would DEFINITELY make this again! It was absolutely wonderful!! Thanks for the recipe Jennifer! (Craig's wife)

I changed the recipe a little bit...I melted 1/2 a package of Andes Mint baking chips and drizzled it over stawberries. My boyfriend's family ate the entire thing in a weekend!!
